About Us

Katrina Reti was first fascinated by the effectiveness of massage therapy when she discovered that it relieved her chronic shoulder pain.  In 1999, she attended the Florida School of Massage and became proficient in multiple modalities including:  Swedish, Connective Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Infant, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Awareness in Integrative Massage, Nutrition, and Hydrotherapy.  During massage school, she also received training in Reiki and graduated to the Reiki Master Practitioner/Instructor level.

An avid horsewoman, Katrina continued her training in Equine Sports Massage, Acupressure, Cranial Sacral and Cranial/Structural Release in Ocala, FL to support equestrian athletes and their mounts.  This inspired her pursuit to support athletes of multiple disciplines in recovering from injuries, achieving their individual goals, and increasing their athletic potential.

In 2004, Katrina began her intensive 2-year training in Structural Energetic Therapy to treat the wide range of physical demands caused by the ever-increasing pace of life. She also attended to the emotional factors by becoming trained in Advanced Emotional Energy Release Therapy in 2006, and is one of only 10 therapists qualified to perform the Advanced Cranial/Structural Soft Tissue Release for Children Ages 7 and Up.
